New Generation Learning Center, LLC is locally owned and operated. The owners worked for a Fortune 500 company before starting their own business. With young children at the time, they saw the need for professionally run childcare centers and decided to open their own. The owners are on the premises daily to run the business and to help oversee its operations. Numerous college and independent studies confirm the importance of early childhood education. With education as our focus, we have nine toddler and pre-school classrooms following a daily curriculum. We strive to create a positive environment in which children gain a love of learning at an early age and a strong foundation for a lifetime.

Our 11,000-square-foot facility was designed and custom built to accomodate the specific needs of a childcare center, setting us apart from other centers. Our facility is expertly designed and equipped to maximize the learning experience, with separate indoor gyms and outdoor playgrounds divided by age group to enhance fine and gross motor skills. The Preschool, Pre-K and School-Age programs each have their own building to enable focus on each group's needs. Closed circuit cameras in Preschool and Pre-K classrooms monitor and record activity, providing an extra level of security.We have a school cafeteria with on-staff cook to provide "child-approved" snacks and lunches that also meet state regulations for health and nutrition.

Our staff is led by our owner/director Allyce Dolan. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Her first job in a licensed child care center was when she worked as a teacher while in college. As director, Allyce's number one responsibility is to ensure the safety and care of the children, using the Minimum Standard Rules for Licensed Child-Care Centers published by The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as her guide. It is also the responsibility of the director to oversee the curriculum and assist our teachers in developing monthly themes and weekly lesson plans. Providing on-site daily supervision, the owners, as well as the teachers and office staff are available at all times to assist NGLC families and address any questions or concerns.
