Our Facility
Upon entering the bright and colorful facility, it's easy to see the careful attention that went into the design of the building. Our facility was designed specifically for a childcare center and this is one of the things that sets us apart from other centers.  The walls in both gym areas have been professionally painted with bright and colorful balloons, kites, letters and numbers. There are  separate indoor gym areas and large play grounds for the younger and older age groups. Our center has almost 11,000 square feet of space to accommodate our needs. For the safety of everyone in the center, closed circuit TV cameras were installed in December 2000. We invite you to come by for a tour.

Our Staff
Rhonda Ralson, Center Director - Our staff is led by a full-time director who is certified in Child Development and has been in this industry since 1977.  One of her main responsibilities is to ensure the safety and care for our children, using the Minimum Standard Rules for Licensed Child-Care Centers  published by The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services as our guide.  Mrs. Rhonda has been with NGLC since the beginning and helped design the layout of the building as well as the programs.  She assists our teachers in developing monthly themes and weekly lesson plans.  Having been a classroom teacher for 15 years, she knows what it takes to be a good teacher.  Mrs. Rhonda hires and manages the teachers, setting the center's guidelines and expectations for performance.
